The first project is a scheme to build homes for local people that that they can afford in the field to the south of Newberry Road Georgeham. 
 
There were public consultation events on the indicative plan (attached) in July 2023.  There were two consultation events in Croyde and Two in Georgeham.  This led to the site plan being altered to reflect feedback received and take into account various surveys and reports that had been commissioned.
 
A planning application was submitted to North Devon Council just after Christmas 2023 and the planning application can be viewed on their planning portal.   The reference is 78142.  Please let the planners know if you support the application or not and let them know if there are any issues that you think they should consider.  The link to access the planning portal is below
