Georgeham Parish Community Land Trust now has indicative plans showing the potential layout and combination of the different sized affordable homes proposed for the field to the south of Newberry Road.
These will be displayed at the following locations on the following dates:
St Mary's Church Croyde: 12 July 2023 - 9.30 am to 12.30 pm
St Mary's Church Croyde: 19 July 2023 - 1.30 pm to 4.30pm
The Pavillion Georgeham Playing Fields: 20 July 2023 - 2.30 until 8.00 pm

Please note that no planning permission has been applied for yet as the Community Land Trust wants to give the community the opportunity to provide feedback before plans are finalised for submission to planning.
